Shipping:

I ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

All items are shipped via Canada Post.

Shipping within Canada, takes approximately 4 - 7 business days.
Shipping from Canada to the USA takes between 2 - 3 weeks.

Envelopes:
$2.00 US Standard Delivery
(Within Canada & USA only - no delivery confirmation or insurance.)

Small Packets:
$3.75 US - for shipping with delivery confirmation and up to $100 insurance.
(available at YOUR request) up to 500 grams

Shipping can be combined for multiple items.

Worldwide shipping is available. Please inquire about cost.

I am not responsible for damages or loss that occur during shipping for uninsured mail.

All items are packaged carefully and securely by me.

Shipping costs are NOT included in item prices.

Prices on my site are in US funds.
 

Gift Wrapping & Shipping

Special packaging and gift wrapping is available at an additional charge. Email me for more information on this service.

Gift shipping service available - we can ship your gift directly to the recipient.
No charge for this service.
 

Accepted Methods of Payment:

Paypal is my preferred payment method.
Orders under $10 will be subject to a $0.50 service fee.

I will accept certain money orders, but you will have to contact me first, as I cannot cash US Postal money orders (I think these are the green ones). Western Union money orders are OK.

Cashier's cheques.

Personal cheques (may take up to 10 business days to clear funds)

DO NOT SEND CASH.

All purchases made outside of North America must pay using PayPal.

I am a VERIFIED PayPal member.

Return Policy:

I am frequently asked what my return policy is. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it, and will work hard to satisfy you.
I will not refund shipping costs.
 

Photos & COA's:

Pictures of your creations can be obtained at a small cost. Many pictures are taken of every individual creation from various angles. Click here for more information.

Bits n' Pieces - occasionally, I will put out small packages of panties and other accessories. These photos will not be included automatically in your package. You will receive a small coa along with your Bits n' Pieces package. If you would like photos of your Bits n' Pieces, I do have them available at a small additional charge.
